We have implemented the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, which allows leads to  be downloaded and emailed to you after payment, without any exception we have a NO REFUND policy.

The IPN (Instant Payment Notification) system is also set up for our other packages/services, which also have the NO Refunds policy.
